Betsy Davis is an experienced executive who helps individuals find new heights in personal and professional fulfillment. Her focus is on identifying clients’ core values, then ensuring those values are driving critical mechanisms, from KPIs to daily habits. Betsy’s professional experience spanned a variety of executive roles across Dell Technologies and Amazon (Ring COO) from sales strategy to operations to digital transformation including assignments in Europe (2 years) and Latin America (5 years). The consistent theme throughout these roles is her track record of leading transformation while instilling operational excellence and cultivating team innovation and agility. Her leadership approach is distilling focus to a critical few strategic objectives, aligning talent to the right opportunities, and driving accountability while ‘leading with lightness’. This approach has helped her deliver on transformational business outcomes while also enhancing employee and customer satisfaction. Living by the Viktor Frankl quote, “The more one forgets himself—by giving himself to a cause to serve or another person to love—the more human he is and the more he actualizes himself,” Betsy considers her proudest accomplishments to be those achieved by her team members, mentees, and coaching clients.

Prior to joining Dell in August 2000, Betsy was a management strategy consultant with McKinsey and Company for 2 years. She earned her BS in Mechanical Engineering at Brigham Young University and completed the Business Bridge program at the Amos Tuck Business School at Dartmouth. She earned her Certified Professional Coach (CPC) certification in 2021 through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) Coach Training program. Betsy and her husband, Bob, live in San Clemente, CA with their dog, Roux, who really runs the house.
